Established in 2013, Certified Language Techs (CLT) is a business process outsourcing (BPO) and Interpreting service provider with its’ corporate headquarter in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Our Facility:

Our headquarters is in la Zona Oriental of Santo Domingo. Our facility is a business complex dedicated to us. Our facility is easily accessible to agents since we are on the main road with plenty transportations and any agent can commute from any point of Santo Domingo without any inconvenience.

The entire office space is thoroughly soundproof, secured and well maintained. Our power provider is the Corporación Dominicana de Empresas Eléctricas Estatales also known as the CDEEE (www.cdeee.gob.do). As a backup method, we have three generators and different kind of UPS (APC). We currently have two dedicated internet fiber optic connection from Columbus Network and Wind Telecomm. Our IT support is contracted by IT Professional Solutions who provide solutions and maintenance to our communication technology. In a nutshell, our facility is designed to offer maximum flexibility, scalability, and security.

Foundation

After ten years of working in the call centers industry, Mr. Martinez decided to establish his presence in the telecommunication (Over The Phone Interpreting Call Center) business by escalating in different fields from a freelancer to an independent work from home contractor. As a result of his determination in the industry, he saw the opportunity to create his own company, and that led to the birth of Certified Language Techs-CLT, S.R.L

2015Acquisition
Special Free Zone Permission

By the middle of 2015 Certified Language Techs was granted special free zone permission (Zona Franca Especial) by the Dominican government. This permission gives Certified Language Techs the opportunity to be part of the export industry and be able to operate without the intervention of customs authorities.

2018Our facilities
Fully Functional

From 2015 to the present day Certified Language Techs has maintained its presence and has successfully become a fully functional company in the over the phone interpreting industry. We provide our costumer’s clients a tide security work infrastructure, by guaranteeing a state of the art telephone communication equipment, three ISP dedicated fiber optic and different power generators for electricity redundancy.
