Our interpreters must have different medical terminologies and procedures. They meet the highest industry standard and poised the professionalism to handle high call volumes and escalated calls.

They are required to continue their medical interpreting education by taking courses, test and studying material that our trainer provides.

Recruiting requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish and the requested language
  • Proper pronunciation
  • Above standard customer service skills
  • Interpreter experience (Medical is a Plus +)
  • Must have a High School Diploma
  • Reference
Based on the three-level evaluation during the hiring process, if the candidate is selected as an interpreter, then it is suggested to undergo the 40 hours online MITS (Medical Interpreting Training School course. On successful completion of the course, the candidate will be hired as a trainee for 90 days.
